During the summer time we are constantly using our grill. Since we’ve decided to do full time RV’ing with the kids, I’ve been collecting all my favorite grilling recipes. I feel using the grill more will really help cut down costs of propane and electricity in the RV and lets face it, who doesn’t love grilling in the summer? This shrimp recipe I only make when I find shrimp on a killer deal. Last Tuesday I went to the Market to find them marked down for a grand total of 2 lbs for $6.00.
So, how to make these AMAZING bad boys?
Start by placing all the shrimp in a tin foil pouch.
- I then add a half stick of butter. (I said BEST, not healthy!) (;
- 2-3 tablespoons of fresh chives from the garden.
- 1/2 teaspoon of parsley.
- 2 teaspoons of chopped garlic.
- Salt & Pepper to taste.
Place on the grill for about 10 minutes each side. I keep my grill on Medium heat. I also keep the grill closed at this time to make sure the shrimp turn a pretty pink!
